Visitors of this site

This site does not use any tracking tools, but information regarding the consulted documents is recorded and stored for 12 months (telecommunications code).

What information is collected?

These data correspond to the content of connection logs:

  • Date and time of your connection,
  • Your IP address,
  • The consulted document,
  • Your browser type.

 

What is the purpose of this processing?

This information is used by the Digital Services Center to ensure the platform's operation and to conduct incident research, especially in cases of cyber-attacks or attempted cyber-attacks. After this period, the connection logs will be destroyed.

Students

The school is responsible for processing personal data, especially regarding education matters.

This section presents the data held by UTTOP about you, the reasons for this retention, and your rights regarding this information.

This processing is mandatory; you cannot oppose it unless you choose not to register at UTTOP. In an effort to minimize the collected data, certain elements are indicated as optional.

 

What information is collected?

The School's Student Life and Education Management collects and processes various pieces of information about you. They concern the management of teachings and students related to you, your parents, and your academic background.

 

Why are they collected?

The data is collected for:

  • Administrative management of pedagogy and student schooling (registration management through digital services, accounting management of payments and fee reimbursements, exam session preparation and management, input of grades and results, internship management, registration management of students' social files with Cnous).
  • Implementation and realization of optional treatments for statistical purposes: studies, surveys, indicators related to monitoring students during their studies (especially regarding living and study conditions, evaluation of training and teachings, monitoring training paths...).

 

Duration of personal data retention

 

The data is retained for the duration of the university registration period and then for a maximum of 10 years (unless contrary legislative or regulatory provisions). Beyond that, this data is archived on a distinct and limited-access medium, in accordance with applicable rules for public and private archives.

Teachers, researchers, PhD students, interns, administrative and technical staff

Information is collected and recorded in a computerized file. The data recipients are the Management and Human Resources Services.

What information is collected?

Basic profile information is provided by you during the account creation process. Once admitted to the school, to comply with certain legal obligations, additional information is necessary for the administrative and financial management of your file.

 

How can I request correction of my personal data?

 

If you want data to be corrected, you can:

  • Contact the relevant administration
  • Modify certain administrative data or your privacy settings on the website via the Profiler application

How can I request a copy of all my personal data that has already been collected?

 

You can request a copy of all personal data concerning you in accordance with this privacy policy. To do so, you can send an email to the Data Protection Officer.

What is the data retention period?

 

The collected information is retained only during your active period within the school and for a duration not exceeding 5 years after your departure.

The purposes are:

  • To administratively facilitate a possible return of a former member
  • To enable the school to respond to statistical surveys such as institutional evaluation

 

At the end of this period, your data will be anonymized. No data will be transferred to countries located outside the European Union.

 

Users of ENIT services who are not members of the unit

Information is collected and recorded in a computerized file. This data undergoes computer processing intended for account management (creation and destruction), defining access rights, ensuring the proper functioning, and securing services. The data recipients are the CSN responsible for implementing services.
