Located on a 10-hectare campus, UTTOP benefits from numerous green spaces where students can work and relax.

The campus offers various open-access workspaces and residential structures:

Two university libraries providing spaces for individual and group study, along with a wide range of resources for studying and leisure.
A medical office providing reception, counseling, advice, and healthcare services.
A cafeteria, snack bar, and university restaurant offered by the CROUS of Toulouse.
Sports facilities: a gymnasium, climbing wall, fitness room, and sports field.
A language center including a cinema room.

Tarbes is a city of human scale that welcomes nearly 6,000 students, making it the third largest university city in Occitanie.

In Tarbes, the cost of living is reasonable, allowing for a higher quality of life compared to larger cities while still being just as vibrant thanks to its amenities: sports complexes, restaurants, parks, cinemas, nightclubs, and leisure complexes (escape rooms, laser tag...).
